In addition, Konica Minolta offers a “virtual mailroom” service for daily mail pickup, conversion and secure FTP upload of images.
Konica Minolta's technical services team supports our New England client’s hardware maintenance and service requirements. Our factory trained and certified technicians can service most brands and models of digital scanners and micrographic equipment. We offer annual maintenance contracts or repair services on a per call basis. Konica Minolta has earned the Pro-Tech Service Center Award for ten consecutive years and our technicians have an average of 15 years experience in the imaging industry.
